This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what data we collect from users, how we use it, and what rights users have. It applies to all individuals visiting the Service or using our services.

2. What data we collect

Our goal is to limit the scope of collected data to the minimum necessary for the proper operation of the Service. We collect:

2.1. Technical data

We do not require personal data to use free tools. We only collect technical data necessary for the functioning of the website:

Server data: IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, and operating system. These are used to ensure service security and stability, as well as to troubleshoot potential technical issues.

Cookies: The Service does not use cookies for marketing or analytics purposes. Only session and security cookies are used on the side of infrastructure providers (e.g., CloudFlare), which are necessary for traffic handling and protection against attacks.

2.2. Registration and subscription data (if an account is created)

If you choose to create an account in the Service, we collect basic personal data:

Email address and password - necessary for creating and managing the account, enabling login, and communicating about the use of the Service.

First name, last name, and company name (optional) - if voluntarily provided, they facilitate personalized communication and invoice issuance.

Billing information (e.g., address, VAT ID) - in the case of purchasing a paid subscription, these may be required to properly issue an invoice.

3. How we use the data

3.1. Technical data

We use technical data solely for:

  • operating and maintaining the Service (e.g., load balancing, preventing attacks);
  • ensuring system security and integrity;
  • generating aggregated traffic statistics (without identifying specific individuals) to improve the tools’ performance.

3.2. Registration and subscription data

  • creating, maintaining, and managing the User’s account;
  • enabling login and access to paid features of the Service;
  • issuing invoices and handling payments;
  • communicating with the User (e.g., sending notifications about service changes, payment reminders, technical information).

We do not create user profiles for marketing purposes and we do not analyze personal data to track behavior.

4. Entities we cooperate with

To provide our services, we use external providers:

OVHcloud - provides hosting infrastructure for the Service; may maintain its own system logs in accordance with its security policy.

CloudFlare - provides security and CDN services; collects basic technical data (e.g., IP address) to filter DDoS attacks and accelerate page loading. Their own privacy policy applies.

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention period

Technical data: stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in section 3, usually a few weeks or months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Registration data: stored for the entire duration of the account. After account deletion, the data will be anonymized or removed, except for data necessary for accounting purposes (e.g., invoices) - these are stored in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
